Fees
- Non-profits / Service Club / Government Agency: $250. We have limited the number of free spaces this year and they are invite-only. If you have been invited to join us with a free non-profit space sign-up instructions will be provided.
- Arts & Crafts / Cottage Food Vendor: $250 (homemade items only - you must provide a full description of what you will be offering). We may ask you to provide pictures of what you plan to sell.
- Business (including direct sales): $400
- Food Vendors: $450. All food vendors will be reviewed to ensure there are no duplicates. If you are unsure, please contact us first at [email protected]
- Sponsorships: $500 - $10,000. If you wish to discuss being a sponsor, please contact us at [email protected]. We will manually enter your information here on the site and collect payment by check.

Payment is due at the time of registration. Kiwanis Club of Roseville reviews all applications to avoid exact duplication of vendors and to ensure product/service is appropriate for family events. This does NOT mean there will not be another vendor that does the same type of work, but we do not allow more than one booth from the same company and limit similar business vendors to a maximum of 3. In addition to reminders from TicketSpice, you will also receive notifications regarding the event from [email protected] and [email protected] so please whitelist our addresses.
If your registration is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days after the decision is made.
Booth assignments will be made at least 1 week before the festival. Vendors are not able to select their spaces.
Refund Policy
If the festival is canceled due to circumstances outside our control a refund will be available for each vendor. We will send an email out to all paid vendors asking if they would like a full refund, partial refund, or would like to donate the booth fee to Kiwanis of Roseville. If you donate your booth fee and would like a receipt, we will be happy to provide one.
Cancelations received by April 24, 2025, will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS for cancelations made after April 24, 2025, unless you add on Purchase Protection provided by Ticket Spice. While non-refundable after the deadline, you can write off the fees as a charitable donation to the Kiwanis Club of Roseville.
Booth and Registration Info
- All Business, Artisan, and Non-Profit vendors MUST attend all 4 days. If you cannot, please do not sign up as we are limiting spaces this year.
- All Food Truck vendors MUST attend Friday - Sunday.
- Booths MUST be staffed at all times from opening until 8 p.m. Thursday - Saturday and until closing at 6 p.m. on Sunday. If your booth is not manned, you will not be invited back.
- ARTISAN VENDORS: you must provide details on what you are selling. Only homemade items are allowed.
- FOOD TRUCK VENDORS: you must provide your FULL MENU, details on the size of your truck/setup so we know the footprint needed for your space, and you must provide a valid health certificate no less than 30 days prior to the event.
- All registrations will be screened to ensure we do not have more than 3 of any similar business type.
- All booth spaces are 10' x 10' and are assigned.
- There is no electricity, tables, tents or chairs provided.
- Popups: All participants should be prepared for potential windy conditions. The City of Rocklin requires that popups have weights that secure the pop-up in place and help avoid wind damage. Popups must be dropped at night.
- There is no night-time security.

Carnival Rides, Food Trucks, Business & Artisan Vendors, Beer Garden, and Free Live Entertainment daily.
Did You Know?
The profits from this event will help fund our various service projects and charitable donations throughout the year. Some of our service projects include supporting youth focused Service Leadership Programs, sponsoring a room at the Kiwanis Family House, which is adjacent to the UC Davis Children's Hospital in Sacramento, and providing financial support and/or hands-on service for several community organizations focusing on youth including: The Roseville Police Activities League, Roseville Pedal Safe/Bike Fest, The Tommy Apostolos Fund, Cub Scouts, and Christmas Food Baskets.
