Fees
All pricing is flat fee for business and craft booths. Food vendors are priced per day. You will be asked AFTER selecting the number of booth spaces you want which days you plan to attend. Please be sure to provide this information. It is critical to ensure a good layout that minimizes empty booth spaces. Priority registration is given to those organizations that plan to attend all 4 days.
Total fees include the processing and service fees charged by this platform
- Non-profits / Service Club / Government Agency: Free or you may donate any amount you wish (must provide name). Note that free spaces are limited.
- Arts & Crafts Vendor: $150 (homemade items only - must provide a description of what you will be offering). We may ask you to provide pictures of what you plan to sell.
- Business $350
- Food Vendors: $400 for the whole event. Prices vary by day. All food vendors will be reviewed to ensure there are no duplicates. If you are unsure, please contact us first at [email protected].
- Sponsorships: $1000 - $5000. If you wish to discuss being a sponsor, please contact us at [email protected]. We will manually enter your information here on the site and collect payment by check.
Payment is due at time of registration. Roseville-Rocklin Kiwanis reviews all applications to avoid exact duplication of vendors and to ensure product/service is appropriate for family events. This does NOT mean there will not be another vendor that does the same type of work, but we do not allow more than one booth from the same exact company and limit similar business vendors to a maximum of 3. In addition to reminders from TicketSpice, you will also receive notifications regarding the event from [email protected] and [email protected] so please whitelist our addresses.
If your registration is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days after the decision is made.
Booth assignments will be made at least 1 week prior to the festival and will be assigned first come first served. Premium booth spaces (Front row, corners) will be given to the first to register that intend to be there all 4 days.
Refund Policy
If the festival is canceled due to circumstances outside our control a refund will be available for each vendor. We will send an email out to all paid vendors asking if they would like a full refund, partial refund, or would like to donate your booth fee to Roseville-Rocklin Kiwanis. If you donate your booth fee and would like a receipt, we will be happy to provide one.
Cancelations received by April 29, 2024 will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS for cancelations made after April 29, 2024 unless you add on Purchase Protection provided by Ticket Spice. While non-refundable after the deadline, you can write off the fees as a charitable donation to Roseville-Rocklin Kiwanis.
Booth and Registration Info
- All registrations will be screened to ensure we do not have more than 3 of any exact business type. Priority will be given to those businesses that plan to attend all 4 days.
- All booth spaces are 10' x 10' and are first come, first served.
- There is no electricity, tables, tents or chairs provided.
- All participants should be prepared for potential windy conditions. The City of Rocklin requires that popups have weights that secure the pop-up in place and help avoid wind damage.
- Popups must be dropped at night.
- There is no night-time security.
Event Includes:
Carnival Rides, Food Trucks, Business & Crafts Fair, Beer & Wine Garden, and Free Live Entertainment daily.
Did You Know?
The profits from this event will help fund our various service projects and charitable donations throughout the year. Some of our service projects include supporting youth focused Service Leadership Programs, sponsoring a room at the Kiwanis Family House, which is adjacent to the UC Davis Children's Hospital in Sacramento, and providing financial support and/or hands on service for several community organizations focusing on youth including: The Roseville Police Activities League, Roseville Pedal Safe/Bike Fest, The Tommy Apostolos Fund, Cub Scouts, and Christmas Food Baskets.

Note that we have multiple business categories listed for Business booths. Please sign up under the business category that most closely describes your business. If none apply, select "Other". Priority registration is given to those organizations that plan to attend all 4 days. Each space is 1 ticket and paid vendors can register for a maximum of 2 booth spaces. You will be asked which days you are registering for when you sign up.
